Our staff recruitment procedures are compliant with CQC legislation.
It begins with a pre selected pre telephone vetting call, the next stage is sending out an  application form and health questionnaire, followed by a CRB and POVA check.

Usually only experienced candidates are chosen, and strong emphasis is placed on this aspect during interview. Candidates will then supply two references, one of which being their previous employer. We check these verbally and in writing and they must be satisfactory before a person is offered work.

You can be assured that only staff with a strong background in health and social care and with sound transferable skills, will make it through our strict selection process.

Workers are made aware of policy and procedure during induction and the need to work to a high standard. This includes punctuality, reliability and appearance, as well as a correct professional attitude and a courteous, positive approach.
